Browsing and hosting data

Web hosting and network providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser information. The website uses WHC hosting and Cloudflare DNS and network services; processing locations and operational logs depend on those providers. We do not represent ordinary website delivery as anonymous.

This version does not add advertising pixels, third-party analytics, marketing cookies or cross-site tracking scripts. Fonts and editorial images are served with the website. Cloudflare or the host may apply security measures as part of delivering or protecting the service.

Calculator and guide search

The repayment calculation and guide filtering run in your browser. The calculator does not send the entered balance, rate or payment to our server, and we do not store those values in browser storage. Avoid entering identifying details. Guide searches can appear in the URL; the requested page URL may be present in ordinary hosting logs. Do not put sensitive information in a search query.

Contacting the website team

Contact links open your email software. If you send an email, the website team and its email service process the information you choose to include so we can consider or respond to the enquiry. Do not send account numbers, passwords, a Social Insurance Number, identity documents or personal financial records.
